Fire up your muscles with a mix of standing and chair work to target all the major muscle groups.  Weights, Tubes and natural resistance engage your muscles while music distracts you from the burn.  Cross-train your body by working your core, arms, shoulders, back, legs, glutes and everything in between.  Hand Weights Required – Tube Suggested.
