Traditional aqua fitness disciplines are followed to Latin Music with a rhythm and beat such that you do not realize you are working out.  7 times the intensity due to water resistance, 2 times as many calories burned.  Easy on the knees and hips.  An invigorating workout including splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering.
