Deep Water Exercise

Deep Water Workout with a support belt.  Upper and lower body exercises for a complete core workout.  Working all parts of the body from head to toe – aerobic, strengthening, and toning.  Also uses buoyancy belts for a much deeper, complete workout.  Equipment available for purchase from the Instructor.
