Jazzercise PT/Core

Take your workout to the next level with a muscle-chiseling strength training workout which focuses on the core.  We zero in on key muscle groups for maximum fatigue and calorie burn.  You will sculpt your core (and your arms and legs) using mats, weights, natural resistance and other equipment including tubes and exercise balls.  This hard core it-hurts-and-it’s worth it workout will improve body awareness as well as movement and strength training techniques.  Mat and weights required.
