About Our Club

The Fitness Club sponsors classes all of which are conducted at Sun City West Recreation Center facilities. Classes are conducted by professional, certified instructors. We offer a Cardio Drumming class, a Jazz It Up class, a Zumba class, a Sculpt 45 class and many different water classes including H2O Fitzi with Mitzi, Deep Water Exercise, and Water Aerobics and Fitness.

Our Classes are held at various Sun City West Recreation Centers and Pools including Palm Ridge, R.H. Johnson, and Beardsley.
