Water Exercise Classes
H2O Fitzi with Mitzi – Mitzi Cerecedes (Palm Ridge)
A high-intensity, low impact, shallow water exercise program. Includes warm-up and cool down periods with a complete aerobic segment – a well balanced upper and lower torso workout. Weights and/or a pool noodle are used for portions of this class and participant provides their own.

Deep Water Exercise – Maggie Delaney (R.H. Johnson)
This class provides total body conditioning,with progressive cardiovascular workouts. Routine exercises are designed to enhance the mind-body connection, increase core strength, maximize toning and increase flexibility. We use a flotation belt for deep-water aerobics: this is especially nice for people with arthritis because there is no impact on the joints.

Water Aerobics and Fitness – (Palm Ridge)
This class focuses on aerobic and water fitness drills. This workout will guide all participants to achieve better balance, flexibility and overall good health. Water weights and noodles are optional to aid in balance and to add strength.
