Water Exercise Classes

H2O Fitzi with Mitzi – Mitzi Cerecedes (Palm Ridge), M-W-F 9:15 to 10:15

A high-intensity, low impact, shallow water exercise program. Includes warm-up and cool down periods with a complete aerobic segment – a well balanced upper and lower torso workout.  A pool noodle or weights are used for portions of this class.  Participant provides their own noodle or weights.

Deep Water Exercise – Diana Thielen R.H. Johnson

This class provides total body conditioning with progressive cardiovascular workouts while suspended in deep water with a flotation belt.  No stress or strain on joints, while you increase balance, core stability and have FUN in the process.

Water Aerobics and Fitness – Bill Benson (Palm Ridge)

Water aerobics and Fitness class focuses on aerobics and water walking fitness drills.  This vigorous workout challenges all participants from those new to aquatic exercise through trailed athletes.
