The Fitness Club sponsors several classes all of which are conducted within Sun City West Recreation Center facilities. Want to try something new? Take advantage of our certified, knowledgeable instructors and have fun getting fit!!

CARDIO DRUMMING
Everyone needs a class for stress relief and to energize the body and soul. Bring a smile and laughter.
Tuesdays, 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Thursdays, 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.

Equipment Required:
Exercise Ball, bucket (17 gallon) and drum sticks………
BUCKETS – Amazon or Walmart have buckets. Amazon sells a Life Story 17 gallon bucket with rope handles for about $10. Walmart and Ace Hardware sell the same bucket with prices from $9 to $16.
EXERCISE BALL – Amazon sells a very nice Trideer yoga/exercise ball that comes in 5 sizes for $19. Choose a size according to your height, err on the side of a larger ball. Walmart or sports stores sell the ball with a price range from $19 – $25.
DRUM STICKS – Again, Amazon has them for $8 for a set of two. Get WOODEN sticks please.
